Slowinski Project

The main project „Pomorze” supplying the power of 240 MW is located in two municipalities on the Polish coast – Ustka and Slupsk.

The wind farm is going to consist of 104 wind turbines (2,3 MW each) manufactured by an experienced company, a leader in the field.

The wind farm is planned to be put in operation before June 2012. The construction is scheduled to commence in spring 2011; contracts for construction of the wind farm were signed in November 2010. Owing to the “Pomorze” project, Green Power is going to build 28 km of roads in Ustka municipality.

A power purchase agreement was signed in September 2007 with the company Energa Obrot Spolka Akcyjna (joint-stock company).

Green Power signed a connection agreement in August 2010 with PSE - Operator S.A. (joint-stock company).

The research carried out from mid 2006 has shown that the wind conditions within the boundaries of the “Pomorze” project are ideal for exploitation.
